TideCrestGrove offers luxurious yacht charter services, including but not limited to:

  • Day-long yacht rentals
  • Evening cruises
  • Business outings
  • Exclusive gatherings
  • Extended charters

Our services are subject to availability and the current weather conditions. Services are subject to change or cancellation at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservations, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Submit accurate and complete details
  • Make a payment for the deposit as outlined in your reservation confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

We only confirm your booking upon the successful processing of your payment and our issuance of written confirmation. Booking acceptance is at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Your charter is dependent on the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We endeavor to fulfill your preferred dates and timing to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed rates are in € and are inclusive of taxes, unless stated otherwise. Prices can change without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the total charter fee, payable upon booking
  • Remaining Balance: Payable no later than 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
  • Any additional fees incurred: Payable upon charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

We welcome payments through various methods such as major credit cards, bank transactions, and certified checks. We manage payment processing using encrypted, secure systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If canceled more than 72 hours before departure: Total refund minus transaction fees
  • If canceled 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% of payment refunded
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the event that the captain deems weather conditions to be unsafe, your options include:

  • Rescheduling your charter without additional costs on the next available date
  • A full refund if rescheduling is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should your designated vessel encounter mechanical issues, we will endeavor to arrange an appropriate replacement. If we cannot provide an alternative, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Passengers must:

  • Heed all directives from the crew
  • Utilize provided safety gear when necessary
  • Inform the crew of any health conditions that may impact their safety
  • Stay within the vessel's designated areas

6.2 Prohibited Items

It is forbidden to bring the following items on board:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illicit substances
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excessively large quantities of non-alcoholic drinks
  • Animals (except when pre-approved)

6.3 Conduct

Behaving respectfully is expected of all passengers. We reserve the right to end a charter prematurely with no refund if a passenger's conduct endangers safety or interferes with other guests' experiences.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our obligation is limited to the cost of your charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Injuries incurred due to personal negligence
  • The loss or damage of personal effects
  • Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
  • Delays stemming from weather or situations outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We maintain complete maritime insurance for our vessels and operations. It is your responsibility to secure personal travel and valuables insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our charter services, you recognize that maritime endeavors inherently carry risks, and you agree to take personal responsibility for your safety and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to alter itineraries, paths, or timetables based on weather conditions, security concerns, or operational needs. We will strive to provide a comparable alternative experience when changes occur.

9. Force Majeure

We are exempt from any responsibility when it comes to delays, cancellations, or adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather phenomena
  • Catastrophic natural events
  • Government mandates
  • Port shutdowns
  • Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle your personal information as per our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you grant your approval for the compilation and utilization of your data in line with the stipulations of our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The content displayed on our website, such as texts, visuals, logos, and images, is secured by copyright and trademark legislations. Reproduction, distribution, or the generation of derivative works is not allowed without our prior written consent.
