What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. Included amenities vary by charter type — sunset cruises offer upscale drinks and light bites, while business charters feature meeting facilities and tailored business dining options.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, we suggest reserving your spot at least 2–3 weeks ahead of time, and during busy season (May–September) even earlier. For business gatherings and private events, booking 4–6 weeks ahead will secure better dates and provide adequate time for personalization and planning.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our highest concern. If the captain deems the weather dangerous, we'll suggest a new date or give a full refund. We closely track weather forecasts and will reach out to you if dubious weather is expected 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks. Alternatively, we provide first-rate catering services and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Do note that for safety reasons, glassware is not allowed onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We make every effort to cater to all guests. Accessibility varies across our fleet. For specific accessibility requirements, please get in touch with us during reservation and we'll suggest the most suitable vessel and prepare the necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 72 hours before departure, we'll process a full refund. Cancellations that occur 24–72 hours before are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will not be reimbursed unless it is due to unsafe weather or mechanical difficulties on our end.
